Hidden in Plain Sight

I've recently become interested in alternative approaches to improving my health. What a blessing to know that there is a store with the products AND the information I'm looking for that isn't completely across town! I haven't had much time to browse their shelves, but what I have seen is a great selection. When I checked out, the cashier introduced herself personally, and asked how I had found the place. As we were talking, she told me that the staff there has a wide variety of backgrounds with health, from body builders to vegans to raw foodists and so on. I think it's wonderful that so many approaches can be found in one well-stocked little store.

Professional instruction at amateur cost

The variety of dance styles taught here range from hip hop to ballet to belly dance. The age range is just as broad, with toddlers in Creative Movement and our Seasoned Citizens shining in the Golden Tappers. When I first went there, I was welcomed warmly and encouraged with smiles. As I continued, I was constantly surprised with the quality of the instruction (the owner actually studied belly dance in Egypt) - always accurate and historically based, with teaching of how the dance works to the music of the area. The name might be AtoZ, but the service is A++++!
