For a wonderfully inexpensive southwestern style meal, you can't go wrong with Armadillo Grill. My favorite is the chicken enchilada plate, but I really haven't found anything I don't like. This is my fave location, but I do also enjoy the Wake Forest restaurant (at the Factory).
