Poor business sense
We contracted with Rob to build a deck. We fulfilled our portion and paid for materials, Rob never purchased materials and procrastinated the work by only showing up 1-2 hrs/wk,and giving lots of ridiculous excuses. If Rob or his workers (2 of them) showed up at all, work completed was shoddy. Thus, the project is not complete after 1 year, and we are out thousands of dollars.
